  • Can I Pick Up My Order?
    Yes, if you live in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia you can purchase online and arrange a time to pick up your new product. There is a prompt at checkout for this service.
  • Can I Cancel My Order?
    If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order you may cancel so long as it has not been shipped. Just contact us via email and we will let you know if it has been shipped.
  • Do You Wholesale Products?
    Yes, we do wholesale. Check out our Wholesale page for more information.
  • Do You Ship Internationally?
    Yes, we do ship internationally. If you do not see your country listed in the dropdown menu at checkout please contact us and we will make sure that your order goes through.
  • How Much Is Shipping?
    We have a flat rate of $10 for shipping in Canada. Shipping to the United States will be available to view at checkout. We are working to expand our shipping radius, you can enter your country on the checkout page to see if we ship to your area. We also have the option to pick up your purchase from us directly.
  • When Will My Order Arrive?
    Your order should arrive in 2-9 business days, depending on your location. Canada Post may have delays that are out of our control, however, we will do our very best to keep you informed. Tracking is provided through Canada Post.
  • Where Are You Located?
    We operate our business out of our home in Maple Ridge, BC, Canada.
  • Which Carrier Do You Use?
    We use Canada Post for all of our shipping needs.
  • What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
    ApplePay, Visa, Mastercard, Interac are all accepted. If there is another way you would prefer to pay, please contact us and we would be happy to try and accommodate.
  • Can I Pay Cash?
    Yes. If you prefer to pay cash send us an email to coordinate a pick-up/ drop-off and we will make sure you get your products.
