Minimum Orders:
We have low minimum order quantities to encourage more pet stores to carry our wholesale pet products in Canada.

Lead Times:
We aim to have orders ready within a week of confirmation. However, lead times will vary based on order quantity, product, and supply at the time of your order. Our shampoo bars may take a little longer as they take 4 weeks to cure.

Shipping:
Delivery will be free to businesses in the Lower Mainland of BC.

We calculate shipping through Canada Post. Shipping is due with order payment.

Payment:
All orders will require payment in full, before shipping.
We have formulated 3 shampoo bars to safely clean your dog. Each bar is curated with specific properties in mind!
Our dog shampoo bars are made with local, organic ingredients. Each bar comes with a sisal bag for simplified shampooing and a hang-dry solution.
Not all cats respond to catnip, so we have combined 5 cat-loving herbs to ensure everyone's cat will enjoy them. We have also carefully and deliberately chosen our suppliers to create a sustainable and ethical product that can be completely composted.
Our leashes are handmade for us with organic cotton woven into a 5-foot long leash and fitted with a gold lobster claw metal clasp. Each leash is dyed with a beautiful gradient colour scheme.
